Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at support@gadgend.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond to your request within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that the item(s) must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item(s) received was defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be credited to your account.

Exchanges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within EU/USA on orders over $20. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
