Yes, you will receive the exact same product you see on our site. The colour could look a little different because of the device display settings. So, please make sure you compare the colours on multiple devices, if you are not sure about the true hue.

Due to the current circumstances of covid-19, deliveries may be slightly delayed depending on the local delivery network in your region. We hope that you lend your patience to the logistic teams no matter where they are, who are supplying us with our daily essentials and keeping goods flow through our communities.
All standard orders will be shipped One to three business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item arrives.
It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item

If 30 days have gone by since you’ve received the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that your order travels safely us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@gadgend.com.
The currency on our site is US dollars. You can pay in your local currency as well, but it will be converted to USD depending on the rates in the open market.
